How Long will your custom charm take?

- Charms can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks after purchase and customizations have been sent and approved.
-A photo of your completed charm will be sent you you via email for approval.
-Once your charm is shipped out, you will receive tracking through email.

What can be customized?

• Hair Color
(*Face 1 + Face 2 correspond with their unique hair style, thus hairstyle cannot be changed.)

• Eye Color
• Eye and Face Makeup Colors
(*heavy lashes or liner cannot be applied due to lid space limitations.)

• Skin Tone
•Eyebrow Color and Shape
•Lip Color
•Freckles, Beauty Marks, Birth Marks
•Ear Piercing (*Rhinestone studs or small hoops only)
•Nose Piercing (*Rhinestone stud, small hoop, or septum piercing only)

*Any additional painted linework detail such as hearts, stars, approved motifs, or intricate makeup designs will be an added $5.*

Silver or Gold Hardware with Heart Clasp

Embellished with provided Rhinstones and Gems of choice.
